In the end, the patients are the winners….

This statement comes from the Danish GP Trine Rønnov and is taken from the film about Data Capture which you can see by clicking above. In late March 2012, she attended a course held by DAK-E (Danish Quality Unit of General Practice) in collaboration with the regions in order to guide the regional "Data Capture Ambassadors" (instructors) how to teach GPs and their staff to look at their quality reports. And Trine has no doubt about the benefits of Data Capture. Press the “play button” and listen to her comments on Data Capture as well as the comments from the GPs Morten Koldsø and Thomas Holm.

Data Capture improves quality
DAK-E has in collaboration with the Research Unit for General Practice at the University of Southern Denmark written an article about Data Capture and it's positive impact on the overall quality of patient treatment in general practice. The article was published in International Journal of Family Medicine in July 2012. Read article.
