These demos show examples of the feedback quality reports that GPs can receive if they participate in the Data Capture module and if they ICPC code.

 

Chronic diseases:
The report in the section of chronic diseases is divided into two parts. The 1st part displays an overview of the GP’s patient population along with relevant data for every patient. The 2nd part shows the GP’s data compared with data from other GPs on a local and a national scale.
